There will be more than 600 lots to be put up for sale with each lot measuring approximately 269 sqm to 541 sqm. The prices range from Php 4.9 million to Php 11.8 million.

In 2015, Paulo Rizaldo Ong, Project Development Division Manager at Alveo, stated that the subdivision will be divided into two phases: Phase 1 and Phase 2. Phase 1 will open 384 residential lots. The amenities are expected to be turned over in the next two years. The other 300+ lots will be covered by Phase 2 and will be turned over on the last development year for the project. It is expected to be turned over on the first quarter of 2018.
